XRM Tool Box Issue

Hi,

When i try to add a new connection to one of the Production Environment in XRM Tool Box, i get the following error, but when I change the instance from Production to Sandbox and try to connect, i can connect to the environment. Has anybody experienced the same issue? Any idea why this happens?

In the error log, i see that XRM tool box is trying to look for Sandbox environment URL instead of Production, though i am entering Production environment URL.

    As mentioned above it could be possible that it's not working because of TLS protocol version issue.

    Yes I have and it works just fine. This happens only with one in stance.

    Hi Chandini,

    Please make sure you've checked the below points:

    1. Username or password is incorrect
    2. Discovery or Organization URL is incorrect
    3. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enabled
    4. Different TLS Protocol
    5. Time difference between your machine and the CRM server
    6. User does not have enough privileges
    7. Firewall Ports Not Open
    8. Windows Identity Foundation
    9. CRM Webservice is not started due to low memory on server

    Hi Chandini Ramesh,

    Have you tried to login in Xrm toolbox with any other instance (any trial instance or something else) ?

    Hi,

    I never experienced such thing.... Are you 100% sure that you are putting the URL, username and password correctly? Not doing some copy-paste wrong or something?
