In the document attachment window, there are two columns that I cannot find any information on. The "I" and the "D". There are checkboxes there, but I can never get access to them, and am wondering just what these fields are for, and what they do or indicate. I did find that the I = image, and the D = product details, but how do they play into this window and what are they used for?

I = image flag check box
D= product details flag check box
If the attachment item is a file of type .bmp then you may check the I check box if the attachment is for certain document types (item card for example).
If the attachment item is a file of type .txt then you may check the D check box if the attachment is for certain document types (again item card is an example)
You may only have ONE of each selected against the source document (item card in this example).
I think this is for a number of potential uses. For example your pick list could pull the default image attached to the item, or the sales quote/order when printed could also do the same from the order line.
Or if you are pushing your items to an ecommerce store through an integration, the description and photo could be shown for the item on the website.
