Is there any way to automatically use the Substitute Items (or suggest a substitute) when a kit component is out of stock?

Hi Deborah,
I am not finding a functionality available to automatically pop up those suggested items for kit components when they are short on quantity. There could potentially be a Third Party or customization that would do that.
