Hello All,

In CRM we have Product entity where we have product manger fields where we write Manager Name so that while sending mail through workflow we can select the to / CC- Product(manager) so that respective Product manager will receive mail.

Here is my things like

we have total 100 product and this 100 product divided by different different manger(person)

Example:

100 product.

20 product - Manager AAA

30 product- Manager BBB

25 product- Manager CCC

10 product- Manager DDD

15 product- Manager EEE

and this is going good and mail is triggering perfectly the respective manager are getting mail for their product.

my requirement is

Mr DDD manager (who is responsible for 10 product) what mail is getting . Same mail i want to trigger to one more person who is not product manager, he sales person.

any clue for this requirement please help me . how can i do this task.

Hi amity,

We only need to add a Check Condition after the Send Email in the original workflow.

If the product manger field is the Mr DDD manager, then an email is sent. The email body is exactly the same as the above one, except that To / CC is set to a sales person.
