Are the Dynamics CRM workflows - Real time and on demand workflows deprecating? I heard this from one of my colleagues, is this true?

Microsoft have not announced that workflows will be deprecated and I am not expecting them to be deprecated in the near future. You can find a list of important changes (deprecations) coming in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement here.
