We have recently modified the Work Order Entity to suit our specific requirements and now when I use the Dynamics App (Tablet & Mobile) we get the following error code:
There was an error with this field's customized event, two or more times show one of the following errors Invalid Character & Script.
The major issue is there is no data on where the error is or what is causing the error, how does one go about find a needle in a digital haystack???

It could be that a) you've removed a field that is need by javascript or b) you've added some javascript that does not work on the mobile client.
You can debug the mobile client in chrome's F12 tools by navigating to the url:
OnPrem
dev03/.../main.htm;server=http://dev03/Contoso
OnPrem IFD
myorg.contoso.com/.../main.htm;server=https:// myorg.contoso.com
Online
myorg.crm4.dynamics.com/.../main.htm;server=https:// myorg.crm4.dynamics.com
This will allow you to at least take a peak at what is going on in your scripts :)
