MR Failed to generate all the reports

MR was running good, but today we found in the reports queue, all the reports have the status : Failed

check the log file, it shows me "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Anyone can help me or guide me?

    Hi Butch,

    Thanks for your response, the following are my answers for your questions

    the reports were running good this Monday but were not running Tuesday.

    When I click the Generate button of the report, it runs but later it shows me failed.

    we do not add any new company in AX,

    I am not sure if anyone rename the subaccount segments

    So the reports were fine and then quit running out of the blue?

    Do the reports run when you kick them off yourself?

    Is there a new company in the database without any transactions?

    Did someone rename any of the subaccount segments?

    I rebuilt the data mart DB, it solved the issue, but I still do not know the root cause
