GL account subledger details - Prevent GL entries

I have tested in our DEV environment that if allow account entry option is unchecked that we were unable to integrate to the AP subledger. Is there a way or setting that could be modified on the ability to still conduct an integration into the AP subledger even if the “allow account entry” was unchecked on the AP Trade GL account?

I've never had the mere installation of the eConnect adapter cause any problems. The regular adapters and their related integrations are unaffected. Are you allowing the control accounts to 'default' in or are you hard coding them? If you allow them to default, the 'allow account entry' checkbox is not supposed to present a problem.

I do not see eConnect adapters installed in our version of IM.

What are the potential ramifications of installing econnect adapter off the dvd for IM?

We have dozens of customised integrations.

Have you tried using the eConnect adapter in Integration Manager?
