Text Formatting

I am unable to control the formatting of text when writing questions or in sections. I have tried editing in Word and pasting back into the Survey but this does not seem to help and in fact makes it worse.

If I format outside of the survey and copy back in I am often left with a > symbol on the survey that I am unable to remove at all.

I have the same question (0)

What kind of formatting are you looking to do? All I see is Bold, Italics, Underline, Color and Font size in customer voice.

That's what I can't control. Mainly the font size. Despite selecting the text and applying through Default or a size it is randomly applying different font sizes. It's also difficult to control the line spacing. Is this inbuilt and poor UI and is there a way to reliably format as it makes surveyncontent look unprofessional as it stands.
