I am new to the marketing module. I am designing a customer journey to send emails and perform some action based on email events(open, clicked, etc). Now I want to send multiple emails regardless of it is opened or not but I have to use the same tiles in true and false condition. I mean I am not able to add tile outside of the if/else block. Is there any way I can achieve this?
Hi Navec,
The if/then tile is used to branch the path, contacts can only follow either true path or false path, it is not supported to skip the tile.
As per my understanding, currently you could still add same email tile to both of paths.

If so, as Aga said, possibility to merge/join journey branches it's already in release plan for this year.
