Hello,

Every end of document below is note 'This node uses document exchange for updates. All existing values are overwritten with the value specified by the update document. If a field in the update is blank, the existing value is changed to be blank.'

Is that mean if we provide values it will update existing records?

e.g In eConnect SOPTranactions--> taSopHDRivcInsert --> UpdateExisting option is available-msdn.microsoft.com/.../jj193404.aspx

but on GLTransactionType updateExisting document option is not available but below document above note is there. - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj193353.aspx

Can someone please explain what meaning of note when updateExisting option is not available for record.
