Add users to trial instance -> Empty page

We've spun up a Trial instance of 'Apps' and are looking to test with Customer Service.

Thanks to this forum I was able to add an additional user (the MS documentation is horrible and incorrect).

The user shows up in the 'Enabled user list', has proper access (I even marked him as admin), but when he logs on, the App doesn't work.

Interestingly enough, when using Chrome, it just shows an empty page, but when using Edge he gets an error that he is not part

of the organization (he is).

Any ideas what the issue could be ?

    Hi,

    Did you assign this user a Dynamics license? If you go to portal.office.com then Admin center then users, you should be able to assign the license there.

    Thanks Omar - yes I did. That user actually has access to our Sandbox environment (under the same tenant) - so he already has a license assigned...

    That is weird, I know it is a trial, but are you using Security Groups? If so, did you make sure that user is assigned to one?

    No security groups, but I finally found out how to fix it: powerapps.com -> Select environment -> Security -> Add user [Preview]

    That finally added the user to the environment.

    Honestly, Microsoft is making a big mess of this whole PowerApps/CRM/D365 product suite, it's constantly changing, the documentation is out of date, and it's incredible confusing with the insane product naming [end rant] :)
