Hi,
I have a custom grid on account entity for lead rollups but when i click on associated view button then filter sets on the grid doesnot retain.
So is there a way that filter retains on associated view also

I don't think this is possible in a supported manner. In fact the code you are using currently for subgrid is also not supported and will break in future for the subgrid.

Actually we have created the subgrid to show child records data as mentioned in below link

The associated view on the subgrid formed by the above link doesnot retain filters
GoTo-->Customizations-->Default solution-->Expand account entity-->click on views and open associated view then add/remove filters. Publish all customizations. Hope this helps.

The subgrid display the view selected on the configuration where as when you click the button it will take you to the associated view which is a different view. So you can't have the same filters as the view on subgrid. However, you can change the associated view.
