GP 10 on Server 2008 R2

I need to get GP 10 installed on Server 2008 R2.  It says it's supported yet it won't install (MS Dexterity shared components not detected).  The server has .net 4 installed only.  The pre-installed products all went through with green checkmarks, yet it says a component is not detected.  I'm installing with the original CD.  Is there an installation of GP 10 WITH SP 5 that we can download?

    Figured it out.  Ran the DexterityCommonFiles from the DexCmn folder first (as I already have GP 2013 installed on this server) and now it's installing.
