Has anyone used Azure ExpressRoute to upload/migrate documents (from local hard disk) to SharePoint online and then link to case records in CRM?
I am not familiar with ExpressRoute but sounds like files can be uploaded to Azure and then move to SharePoint
Any suggestions, examples are appreciated.

I completely misunderstood what ExpressRoute was however after some investigation I figured out.
One option I can think of is to use Azure Logic Apps or Flow to
link documents on SharePoint to CRM.
