"Tax % Must Have a Value..." Error in General Journal

Hi:

I used "Personalize" to insert the "Tax Amount" field into the General Journals.

When I enter an amount into that field, I receive an error message saying "Tax % Must Have a Value...".

Well, where is this Tax % field?  I'd love to fill it in with a value, if the application would simply tell me where it is.

    The field named Vat % (strange) but I cannot see that in available fields in personalization. For tax we usually select tax jurisdiction and let system calculate the tax

    I have tried that, too, but the tax does not calculate automatically.

    Did you populate all the 3 required fields?

    I tried to add Vat% (Tax%) into the page but require extension. You try page design in Sandbox and add it to page and test.
