while i am creating new company using GP Utilities showing error in "creating new company information" the system is not desponding and stoping after few minute.
i badly need help!

What version off GP and what service pack, what version of SQL.
Can you post a screen shot of the error message?

When you say GP has stopped responding have you checked the processes in Task Manager to see if the Dynamics.exe is still changing under the Memory or CPU column? Sometimes GP will work so fast that Windows cannot keep up with the changes on the screen. If the number under the Memory or CPU column keeps changing then GP is still working.

In addition to the other suggestions, make sure
(1) The destination folder indicated in utilities exists and
(2) The .mdf file doesn't already exist on the hard drive.
