Transport management system in Supply Chain Center/Platform

Hi,

For a Dynamics 365 project we are selecting a TMS (transport management system). Dynamics 365 SCM WMS (warehouse management system) will not be used, so TMS in SCM is not an option. Could Supply Chain Center/Platform be used as TMS? Or do we need to build a custom TMS solution in power platform for that?
