Hello all,
 
User Paul Jackson is not able to access the /retro calculator/ - it's not available when searching.
 
I have tried to search on the home screen and when purchasing.
 
Please can you advise and know the reason for this.

    This is not out of the box functionality in Business Central, so I would ask who created it for help.
     
    However, usually if a specific user does not have access to something in the system it's because that user doesn't have the required permissions for that function.

    Hi,
     
    The "Retro Calculator" you specified seems a custom extension.
     
    If the User Paul is not able to see with his user id then make sure he has the rights / permissions to access the Retro Calculator page.
