When I click any account in the Account Entity an error message pops up that says...

Error

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.

Hi MRamz,

Please check any Javascript creating problem on a load of Account Entity form.

If yes, Disable it and investigate the root cause and try to reopen your form.

Hi Melisa ,

Did you implement any role based form in account entity.Can you check you have the access of those forms.
