When we create a purchase order/purchase invoice, The purchase invoice line has a job entered.

If we have the job planningslines created with the type Budget, then the unit price is not posted on the job. Only when we have created the job planning lines with the line type billiable, then the unit price is transferred to the job. 

Is it possible that the unit price of the purchase invoice can be transferred to the job card with the line type budget? We use this option to have a overview in the cost en revenu of the item on the jobcard. This is necesary to calculate the profit.

    Hello Eelco

    when you create a job planning sales lines and you set as Budget, for the system the unit price is not necessary because is something that probably you are not going to bill to your customer, if you insert a billable od budget and billable the system automatically wull add the unit price because is something that you are going to bill to your cystomer.

    The answer to your quesiton is no, because for the systems is somenthing that you are not going to bill.

    You can avoid this problem just adding the option budget & billable
