Ex:users will post their posts. Here based on posts social media team will raise a ticket and create case for that posts.
Here client requires a report how many posts they posted and how many are resolved and how many are pending.

Are you talking about the Social Listening from your CRM online instance?
If yes then follow this link.

Hi
thanks for your quick response...
May i know the posts in social media store in database??
Hi Kinnu,
You can use Advanced Find to look for Posts in your system and then Download the FetchXML.
This FetchXML can then be used as DataSet in your SSRS Report. You can also edit your FetchXML to cater other attributes or conditions.
However, you need to do some extra installation for SSRS Report in CRM Online.
Fetch XML is the only supported type for CRM Online.
You need to install Report Authoring Extension for your CRM Version (in this case CRM 2013) after you have installed BIDS or SSDT (based on your Visual Studio version)
Hope that helps
Thanks
