Hi All,
For the very first time when I open a Policy record in our USD, we see that $context information is empty, for some reason the name and other values doesn't come in; because of which the tab name, session lines information is absent. However, for the successive records this problem doesn't arise. We are unable to find the reason, any pointers would be of great help. Thanks in advance.
A few things to try / check ....
1. Double check that the hosted control (tab) being used for your policy record does NOT have the application is global option selected.
2. Ensure you are using the latest version of USD. Version 3.3.
3. Check that all of your IE options are "correct". For example ensure protected mode is enabled on all security zones.
Also, once you are running USD v3.3 try the best practice analyzer. It will help point out any IE option issues etc. You can find out how to do this here ....
