Cannot change Product Status while re-importing

Hi,

I've exported list of Active Products and I want some of the products to be in "Retired" or "Draft"state. I've change the status reason to "Retired" and on importing the same I'm getting a partial failure message "State code is invalid or state code is valid but status code is invalid for a specified state code." due to which the records are not getting imported. Upon checking state code is valid.

What could be the reason behind the import failure? Am i missing out some links?

Please suggest!

Hi,

Make sure you are providing correct combination of statecode and statuscode.
