Create sales orders directly from the navigation pane, version 46

A user is experiencing issues with the new “Create sales orders directly from the navigation pane” feature introduced in version 10.0.46.
Even though she has all standard sales‑related roles, she still cannot use the quick‑create option and receives an error message when selecting it. See attached picture.

Users with the System administrator role can use the feature without any problems.

Which security permissions or privileges are required for a non‑admin user to successfully use this new quick‑create functionality?

    Hi,

I'm not aware of this feature and can't find it in my environments (10.0.46 or 10.0.47). Can you check if the feature is a partner add-on?
Can you otherwise share a screenshot of the Feature management page and the navigation pane where you started the creation of a sales order?

@André Arnaud de Calavon We have version 47, and can find it under Sales and marketing > Sales order > Create sales order

No Feature management name is mentioned on Micorsoft page

    Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. Initially I thought you might have enabled a new feature. The menu item is indeed newly available in the Sales & Marketing menu. I can replicate the issue with a non-system admin user.

I suggest you to create a support ticket for Microsoft Support and report this as a bug. It looks like the initialization of the create form still needs to have a reference from the sales order form.

    Hi

Please raise a MS support ticket and verify whether we have any fix in Quality update for the same issue.
