Sales order agent is not available

Hello all,

I'm trying to set up "Sales order agent" for my environment where my country region is set up as "AU". The sales order agent is available in the AU region as per the microsoft documentation, but still I'm not able to see the sales order agent under Copilot & agent capabilities page.

If any one has set up sales order agent please guide me with the issue I'm facing.

If the Sales Order Agent is confirmed to be available in the AU region according to Microsoft documentation, but it's not appearing under the Copilot & Agent Capabilities page, here are a few things you can check:

Environment Type: Ensure you're working in a supported environment (e.g., Production or Sandbox). Some agents may not be available in Developer or Trial environments.

Region Configuration: Double-check that the environment's region is correctly set to Australia (AU) in the Power Platform Admin Center. Sometimes the region setting may not reflect correctly if the environment was migrated or created with different defaults.

Copilot Activation: Confirm that Copilot features are enabled for your environment. You can do this in the Power Platform Admin Center > Settings > Copilot section.

Licensing and Permissions: Make sure your tenant has the appropriate licenses and that your user role has access to Copilot Studio and agent capabilities.

Feature Rollout Timing: Even if the feature is listed as available in AU, it may still be rolling out gradually. You can check the Microsoft 365 Message Center or release wave documentation for rollout timelines.

If all of the above checks out and the agent is still not visible, it may be worth raising a support ticket with Microsoft to confirm availability for your specific tenant.

What is the BC version? Please upgrade to 26 if not done already.

Hello,

Ensure your system is on version 26 or later, verify the extension is installed, check that you're in a supported environment (Production/Sandbox), and confirm Copilot is activated in the Power Platform Admin Center.

Hi,

Version should be atleast 26.0

Plus this is a Paid service, so you can not simply run the Process.

Hi,

We encountered the same behavior during our implementation and were able to identify the cause.

Although Copilot & agent capabilities were available, the Sales Order Agent feature was unavailable because the Microsoft Sales Order Agent extension was not installed in that environment.

We confirmed this by comparing two sandbox environments within the same tenant:

Environment 1 – Sales Order Agent extension installed

Environment 2 – Sales Order Agent extension not installed

We recommend verifying:

- That the Microsoft Sales Order Agent extension is installed.

- That the environment supports Sales Order Agent.

- That Copilot & agent capabilities are enabled for the environment.

If the extension isn't installed, the Sales Order Agent won't appear even though Copilot & agent capabilities are available.
