Hi, is there a way I can copy a BOM from a company to another existing company?

No. Not from within GP. You would have to use SQL or Table Import to create the BOM in the second company if you don't want to create it manually.
Yes I know that GP doesn't have that option, maybe my question was wrong formulated, I was asking more for a script or at least the tables involved in the BOM's
You MAY want to look at the Professional Service Tools. The company copy function does allow you to copy BOM, BUT it also copies inventory. I suggest that you fully understand the effects of this before you rely on it, but it may do the trick for you also.

Is it GP BOM or GP Mfg BOM? Also, if you want to copy the BOM, the items will also have to be copied. If GP Mfg, then the routings, labor, machines, etc.. will also have to be copied over. It gets to be a lot of tables involved. Not as simple as simple copy.
