Is there a way to link Sales vendors and payables vendors?

    Yes, that is what customer/vendor card is for. Cards->Sales->Customer/Vendor or Cards->Purchasing->Customer/Vendor.

    We have a vendor that we will also be purchasing from. Can we link the payable account with the accounts receivable account?

    What do you mean by sales vendor?

    Customers buy your goods and vendors sell you your goods.
