Sync Onprem data to Online on a daily basis

Hi experts,

I am looking for options to sync my onprem data to online dynamics 365. We need to run this process everyday to keep on-prem data in sync with online.

I've seen about onprem data gateway which seems to apply in this case, but I want to see what other options do I have to implement this feature.

Hi meenoo,

There are many options out there to help you with such a requirement. Here are a few you might want to consider:

1 - SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) with KingswaySoft

2 - Scribe Insight

3 - Custom feature that leverage SDK to sync data between both organizations

I would personally pick option 3 because it offers the most control over your data and it's fairly easy to implement transformations/custom business rules while syncing data.

Thanks Nathan, third option seems to be interesting. Can you please point me to any links where I can refer to? Since this will be a scheduled job, where can I setup this process online? We have written scheduled jobs on prem in past where we set them up on one of our VMs. What will be the approach in Dynamics 365 online? Thanks for any help.
