I need to apply a specific filter on an Entity list in this case i am having a opportunity Entity list on which i need to set a filter without using the out of box function of Metadata Filter and Filter Conditions options as shown in the below images.
Scenario: We have set Owner of Opportunities as Team and need to filter login portal user by team.

You can create your own custom page that will be able to use the oData Filtering option.
Basically when you create an Entity List and set the oData Parameters (entity, view), you are able to retrieve the data in portals by specifying an oData query which will return a json string of your data. You can then use that to display it in your portal page.

I suspect you will need to treat Account like a Team. That would mean that the Portal user (contact) would be associated with the Team and you will need to have the Team Account on the Opportunity record and have it maintained based on the Opportunity Owner.
