We have random instances of users inputting time entries for a Monday, but when project approver gets time entry for approval the entry shows Sunday. We've had all users verify their time zone is correct on system, checked time zone by resource in PO365, verified time zone on our Exchange server.
Is there another place I can look? Is there a different fix?
Thank you!!
@eepp I'm having this same issue. Did you get any resolution you could share?
same issue hereif anyone knows a solution for this please feel free to share it here (-'
What I was told was that it was related to how the user selected the date. To "lock" the date, the user has to select the date within the calendar in the Quick Form and make sure it sticks after Save since it sometimes reverts. Since making users aware, we've had fewer problems. Sounds like a bug but I don't have enough info to raise a flag.
Let me know if that works for you.
Tnx for your reply!
Yes, i saw that as well, that when hours are entered in the grid behind the first entry, they get a different starting moment.
But no solution for that other than make individual entries i understand
Pity, i might create a case for Microsoft for it, see what they come back with
I submitted a case with Microsoft weeks ago and finally got back a fix. I've tried it and it's working for my users.
MITIGATION STEPS: Change the user time zone to GMT time. Delete cache and perform a hard refresh.
Hope it works for you, too!
