Don't understand A/R reports in RMS

I'm trying to balance Quickbooks with RMS and I just can't get it right.  It appears that the A/R reports in RMS do not include all transactions involving the store account.  For example, I have a Z report from Jan 4 2011 which shows $1,200 paid with store account money.  When I pull up that same date using the A/R report (detailed) , there are no transactions that come up. Why aren't these transactions that were paid on account not on this report?
