Set a lookup to the lead email field instead of contact/account.

Hi 

I want to run a survey from the lead entity in D365 field service.  

I set up the D365 button and the survey fine.

When a user clicks the button and enters the survey details the recipient only allows a Recipient lookup from contact or account. 

I nee to change (or add to this) this to a lead email field lookup or if that's not possible a text field for manual input, but can't find the form to make the change. 

Can someone advise.

    Hi Matt,

    Currently the integration options only allow to refer to Contact entity and Account(via contact). However, we do have a work item in our backlog to add references from other entities like Lead. Can you please post this to the Ideas Forum : Dynamics+365+Customer+Voice so that we can votes on the same to help us prioritize this work item.
