Hi, I just re-ordered my tender types in RMS.
The touchscreen tender button mapping is still mapping to the original order (the same order as the database ID's.
I am aware of the issue with tender ID's not matching the touchscreen buttons if they are non-sequential and do not start at 1, and have checked the tender table is sequential (1-14 entries, all sequention id's 1 to 14).
The tender box successfully re-orders, as do the buttons on the touchscreen panel, but each touchscreen button is still pointing to the tender ID of the button position.
Store Operations 2.0 FP1 SP4 with hotfix 22 or 25 applied.
(how do I submit this as a bug?)

Hi Trent,
It is not possible for a UK based customer to log a service request? - or if it is the method is not published anywhere.
Should i log it via the US customer contact centre?

Hello Will,
I did some more testing and found that the touchscreen display order for tenders is linked to the tender's ID.
Please also do not use KB #862004. I found some issues with it that may result in being unable to open your register.
I will look into these issues and let you know what I find.
Hi Trent,
Thanks for the response.
I have not tried the steps in the article, as they don't seem to apply I have not deleted or re-added any values, and my ID values are sequential, beginning with 1. If the display order is the same as the ID order, everything works, but if i change the display order, the touchscreen buttons still seem to reference the ID positions, not the displayorder. Please ask and i will elaborate further.
I can follow the KB article, but am concerned this will not resolve the issue with the displayorder?
Any thoughts?
