eConnect Sales Order Cancel line item error - 4777

Hi All,

I am using the eConnect SP "taSOPLineIvcInsert" to cancel a sales line item with the QTY remaining.

The order has already been partially invoiced.

Am getting the following eConnect error code

4777 - Quantities can not exceed total quantity plus quantity already transferred.

Scenario, I have a sale order with one line item having QUNATITY - 10. I have fulfilled 5 and made QTYTOINV - 5 and transfered the Order and it got transfered sucessfully.

Now my order qtys will be as QUANTITY - 10, ATYALLOC - 5, FULFI - 5, QTYPREINV - 5, QTYREMI - 5, QTYCANCE - 5

Now i used econnect sp to cancel the balance - by passing QUANTITY - 10, ATYALLOC - 0, FULFI - 0, QTYCANCE - 0 and the SP retruns the above error

"4777 - Quantities can not exceed total quantity plus quantity already transferred."

Please advice.

QtyCance=5?

Can you do same thing in GP Sales Window and see how it work?

Your QtyToInvoice=5,FULFIL=5 and Cancel =5.
