    the new session will open when i click one of cases. And i want to hide pop up of reminder

    May I know from where you'll be opening a session?

    If it is when you open a record from a subgrid you can use the Windows Navigation Rules to open a session.

    Yes you can do that, in that case it will base on how you'll configure the Action Calls/Events for this popup to appear.

    ok, my detail problem like i want make reminder not showing if user make new session. So with this step, i can configure it?

    If that's what you wanted to achieve, you can consider using the USD's Popup Notification Hosted Control.

    When you say reminder info, are you referring to the reminder like what Outlook is showing?
