Disable 'Send' Functionality on Mail Activity

Hallo everybody,

we want to use the Mail Activity for tracking Mails from Outlook - but we don't want to use the 'Send' Functionality. Can I disable this for all users?

Otheroption could be to have a plugin on Send meaage and throw error or js on send button.

Is there also an option, to disable this function beside hiding this button? This way is not 100% save in my opinion.

You can hide send button using ribbonworkbench: ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/.../102796-5-hiding-unhiding-ribbon-elements
