Can duplicate vendors be merged?

    For GP2010, you can use Professional Service Tools(PSTL) to achieve the same.

    Yes, they can be either merged or modified.

    In this essence, I would like to drop a wish as well that PSTL would be completely merged with Dynamics GP :)

    STEVE,

    The Vendor Combiner & Modifier (Utilitied -> Purchasing -> Vendor Combiner & Modifier) option is available in GP2013 SP2 not in RTM.

    Note: Customer Combiner & Modifier option is also available in GP 2013 SP2.

    Utilitied -> Purchasing -> Vendor Combiner & Modifier

    Hi Leslie,

    Where is the option to combine customers or vendors in GP 2013?  I can't seem to find it in RTM.

    I just glanced at Mark's GP 2013 Cookbook and that mentions using PSTL Combiner.

    Was it added in an SP or GP 2013 R2?

    If you are using GP 2013, the Vendor/Customer functionality was built-in to the core dictionary, so you would not need to install the PSTL library in order to get it to work.

    Yes. Install Professional Service Tools from Microsoft.  Option to combined Vendor and many more is available.
