Hi All,
When i open field service mobile application and click on any menu, it crash's and close the application. Below is the crash log,
Note : I am using latest version of field service mobile application.

I believe this should be investigated more, since the log is not describe the issue completely.
However if the issue happens just after l'app synchronization, then you may find out the reason of the issue. I have some suggestion that hope help you:
1- try to remove the components (entities) from main menu one by one. Remove a component then publish the project and test. Do that for all components on the main, this may help you to find out which component makes issue.
2- If you have some custome Javascripts, try to disable/remove them and test the app.

Which version of the app are you using? currently we are using version :9.1.218.0
Are you using the default Field Service Resco mobile project? Yes
Have you made any modifications to the mobile project? Yes, we have done customization on mobile app

We are using version 9.1.218.0 which is crashing, when we update to latest verison still it is crashing (latest version 9.1.221.0)

Sorry you're running into this. A few questions:
Is the application got all the latest updates from the play/apple store? You should probably contact microsoft or resco to get a more technical answer.
hey thomas, thanks for the response, i deleted local data within app, then also app is still getting crash.
Have you tried deleting your local data within the app? Or have you cleared the data from the settings menu within Android or iOS?
