The entity "adx_account_territory" required by solution patch is not present under Entities list

Hello, Could you please download solution file and open it with excel? When you open it with excel there should be second tab which has steps. When you investigate that there should be some errors.
Here common errors,
Sometimes different fields has same labels
Some Views has deleted but still has logs,
If something missed try to create that field or view in system with same attributes then try to delete it again, if it is not working, please share your log file without any organization details.

I guess there are some components of the entity adx_account_territory which is present in the msdyn_FieldService_patch_update solution. that means there is a dependency between given entity and the msdyn_FieldService_patch_update solution.
if you can resolve this dependency then you can delete your components.

Hi, You are true about managed solution.
In this case you should have an lookup field from that entity to this entity or vice versa. First check requirements, than relations (N:N too). If you have them, first remove from forms and views, then delete lookup fields and at last delete entity.
if you dont have any lookup on this custom entity, relation or some dependencies than it should be deleted. If you cant delete it, only hide it. Sometimes there will be errors can't fix. Easy solutions make it better. Take all roles from users. :)

But as the topic of this question says "I can't find this entity in any solution". Which two entities are you talking about?
Hi, due in second post entity named as adx_account_territory, I thought adx is your solution prefix and account_territory as a custom entity/table and I talked about adx_account_territory and may have relations with other entities.For delete this table, first delete all lookups and N:N custom relations from entity relations. then try to delete it. Otherwise, if there is no lookups and relations or if this a default table come with another solution/package then you shouldn't delete it before that solution removed from system. But delete a solution may lose data of system and no return.
