NAV 2013 R2: Unable to connect to the NAV server via VPN

Hi,

I am using NAV 2013 R2. I use the NAVUserPassword for authentication. My client machine is located in another country and it's not in domain. I use VPN to connect to the server, unfortunately, though the VPN is successful, I am unable to connect to the NAV.

Any idea?

Thank you all.

The issue seems to be with the client's VPN. When I tried it with a VPN installed on my machine, I am able to do it.

What is the error message you getting? Can you ping to NAV server machine through VPN?

Also check the username and password is valid by logging to the server using a local machine.

Please check that you are able to ping the Nav server or not. Also check that required port is being access or not.
