Getting location description on purchase orders

Is there any way to get the location description (IV40700.LOCNDSCR) to print in the Ship To area on a purchase order. I have created the link to the site table but it always appears as a blank. I would suspect this has something to do with the site being on the line but need the value to appear in the header. I even tried adding to the calculated fields but it is still blank.

You can use the User Defined Function of RW_GetSiteDesc in order to accomplish this task. You need to pass the function the site ID and it will return the description. To do this, create a new calculated field in Report Writer and select Functions and then User-Defined, select the function RW_GetSiteDesc and then insert the site id field. That should do it for you.

Thanks Leslie. Is there a similar function to get the site addresses?
