I need to create two new companies in GP and I would like them to have the same information as one of our existing companies. I see that GP Utilities lets me create the company but don't see anything about chart of accounts, etc. I did see online about a PSTL tool but cannot find it for our version anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The PSTL tool is what you want to use. You first have to create a new company using GP Utilties. After the new databases have been created. launch the PSTL tool and select the Copy Company utility. Put the 'from' and 'To' databases where appropriate and check the boxes of what you want to copy. If the PSTL tools have not been installed on your system, you can run a 'change' on the program from control panel and simply check the box next to the Professional Services Tools Library.
