Dear Experts
I would like to override properties of every single products in CRM (particularly to set a different Default Value for each Property) . Is there any method to mass override those properties?

Hi,
There is no method to mass override the product properties but you can handle it using custom fields without using the OOB fields.

I would suggest that you create a on-demand workflow. Then you can choose the different records that you want to update with the help of this workflow.
