In version 20.1.ES SaaS of BC, when activating the Finances Role Center, it is not possible to access the first options of some of the drop-down menus.

See the attached images below:

With a 1920x1080 resolution on a PC monitor with browser window maximized:

But when the screen size is smaller, the problem occurs (for example, with the browser in floating window mode):

It seems to be resolved in 20.3 versions, but not in 20.1 to 20.2

Hello,

Usually you can raise issues via https://aka.ms/partnercenter, select support and then product support. But you need to have a contract. For CSS support staff, this is a black box as we do not have access to partner center. Partners or ISV's usually have someone in their company that own the support contract. It may not be more than a matter to get that person to create a support ticket on your behalf.

I will try to manage it like this in the next Bug and if it is not possible I will continue publishing them here...

I've always thought that any professional, even if they don't work for a Partner, should be able to report Business Central Bugs...

I'm a little surprised to see that we need a contract to report Business Central Bugs

Hello,

I do not know about the exceptions related to support contracts but in general you need to have a business relation with Microsoft. An issue typically needs to go through a Microsoft partner first so that they can verify if the issue happens in a customization or in standard.

The support team within Partner Center should be able to tell you this. In general, we only support partners.
