How doi I restrict access to Employee Pay History using the divison field in teh HR module.

In the process of testing the combining of hourly payroll and all financial data on the server with salary payroll data that resides on 2 user's computers on a single instance on a server. What I want to do is restrict some users so they can see all the finance parts for a company, but only see payroll info for hourly division as noted in the employee card. They still need to be able to access employe info such as address and pull a combined payroll report that only shows amounts. Other employess will need all finace and all payroll.

I thought I could do this with user classes that look at the employee division but have no clue where to start. On GP 10 right now, will update to 2010 or 2013 if it's out after end of 2012 year end tasks.

Found it under setup / system / human resources preferences then employee filters / division
