Bank account reconciliation how to show the posted bank deposit all line details

In previous versions of Business Central if a posted bank deposit was on the bank account reconciliation, there was the option of selecting the bank deposit and clicking show more to show all the individual line details for that bank deposit. However, now it seems that expand and collapse option no longer exist. Bank deposits typically include multiple lines of payments. Is there a way to show this on the bank account reconciliation, to see all the individual lines? On either the bank statement lines or the bank account ledger entries? Test report was not able to show them either.

    Hello,

In earlier versions of Business Central, users could expand a posted bank deposit directly from the Bank Account Reconciliation page to view all individual payment lines. However, this expand/collapse feature is no longer available in recent versions, making it harder to view the detailed breakdown of a bank deposit during reconciliation. As a workaround, users can simply navigate to the Posted Bank Deposit and use the Find Entries option. This allows them to see the related G/L Entries, which reflect all the individual lines included in that deposit. While this doesn’t show the detail directly within the reconciliation page, it still provides full visibility into the payment breakdown associated with the deposit. For users who rely heavily on this level of detail during reconciliation, a small customization or report may be considered to bring back grouped visibility, but for now, navigating through Find Entries offers an effective alternative.

    Hope this will help you!

    Regards,
    Mansi Soni
