I have install the CRM 365 app for outlook.
Then I test the track of email. Emails gets visible in CRM but then is there a way to easy see if an email is track directly from outlook ?
Before tracked email gets a special Icon picto in front but seems it has been removed now, and the only way to know if an email is track is to open the CRM 365 app each time, for each email and it takes a lot of time and slow down a lot my outlook
Any other way ?
