Bulk Record Deletion: does not send an email at the end of the process

Hello friends, I wanted to ask for help to see what I can do to send the mail to perform the bulk operation in Dynamics 365, since the process is done correctly without problems, but I have never received a mail, do you know what I can do to fix this.

    Have you enabled server-side synchronization for email addresses that receive notifications.
    Enables your email address to receive emails incoming from CRM.
