Change Administration Contact for Account

Hi! We want to change our Dynamics NAV business partner due to poor performance. Unfortunately the person that is currently registered as our account administrator (and has to sign the partner change request) does no longer work at the company. Our current business partner says that they cannot change our Account Administrator to a current employee and that we have to do it ourselves. How can we submit a request to change the current Administrator to a new employee so that he can sign the partner change request?

    Not entirely sure what the issue here is as we usually do not get these type of questions, but feel free to raise this via a Microsoft support ticket so we can find someone that can assist.
